Together, we can…

Rebuild the nourishment your body has been missing & strengthen your body’s capacity to heal.

↠By addressing the root causes behind digestion struggles, hormone imbalances, low energy, nervous system dysregulation, we focus on restoring the foundations your body needs to function well.

When your system is depleted or overwhelmed, it can’t thrive. We work to create resilience, rhythm, and stability so real change can finally take hold.

Nutrition, nourishment, and lifestyle are addressed first to restore energy, safety, and regulation. This “fills the battery” so the brain can function and learn.

Without this, nothing else holds.

“With Heather, I never felt like a number. Every session and dealing with her was done with great detail. She didn’t just look to help with a problem, but helped me to achieve overall better health… And, when I became pregnant, she helped again to customize my care in a way that would support a healthy pregnancy.”
