The Initial Consultation is a 90 minute deep dive into your personal health, helping you to gain clarity on what’s driving your fatigue, mood shifts, and digestion challenges. Through personalized testing, food/mood journaling, and expert guidance, you’ll finally understand what your body—and your family—truly needs.

Free Discovery Call

If you’re not quite ready to apply for the program and want to connect with Heather before diving in, you can schedule a free, 30 minute Discovery Call where Heather will answer your most pressing questions and determine if the program is the right fit for you.

  • The initial Discovery Call is $325, and if you choose to move forward, that amount will be applied toward the total cost of your program.

    Program pricing may include additional elements such as testing, supplements, and other recommended support based on your needs.

    After your Discovery Call, Heather will provide a clear, personalized investment breakdown, along with flexible payment plan options designed to make the program accessible for mothers.

  • We do not accept insurance, but do have payment plans available.

  • After you apply, Heather will reach out via email to let you know if the program is a good fit and provide a link to schedule your Discovery Call. At that time, she’ll also send a few additional health forms so she can fully understand your situation and come prepared to speak directly to your needs during your call.
